Shipping

WE SHIP WORLD WIDE! 

This is a one woman operation with a full time 50hr plus a week job. Please understand that while you may select 1-3 day shipping we have a 2-3 business day period for processing. Once that is done you will receive a shipping update and a tracking number with USPS. Depending on where you are located to us, it could be sooner than later.  Also, due to the nature of the shipping and processing being done here in my home, if I can find a better rate with flat rate or other means for your package, I will do so AND refund you the difference if it works out that way! 

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

If you are able to pick up, you do not have to pay shipping. We can meet in Lansing, Haslett, and Okemos Michigan. After you order we will be in touch about times when we can arrange pickup. 2-3 business days for processing still applies. If you are doing local pickup, please select Pick Up in the checkout screen. We will reach out to you and schedule a pick up time in the listed areas where we can meet you! 

 Please understand, I am limited to my free time outside of work to do local pickup. I will do the best to accommodate but it may take longer than a few days to get your products to you. 

Returns

Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept returns, but if there is something wrong with what you have received, please email us at backwoodssuds@gmail.com as soon as the issue arises and we will do everything we can to make it right! If there is damage, please provide pictures so we know what we are dealing with due to shipping.
